When I started working at SIPCOM, about a week in I decided to bake a cake and take it in for the people on my team. Every one was very impressed with my cooking skills including the boss.
A couple of days later the challenge was set for me to make ‘Danish Pastries’. I did say that I had never made them before but the challenge was set. So that weekend I set to making ‘Danish Pastries’.
For my first attempt I was happy with the outcome and decided to take them into work.
Upon staff and my boss eating and enjoying the taste of my Danish Pastries my boss decided it was a good idea to setup a SIPCOM Bake Off and decided to send out an email to all staff to join in.
3 other staff signed up to meet the challenge and the date was set. 3 other staff where all cooking their signature cake. I on the other hand was set the mission to make a banoffee pie which i had never made before.
Still I won the Cake Off and got my checkered Mug, Oven-min and apron.
